Booking Policies
To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be facilitated via online transfers through FCIB or First Pay, SCOTIA, Sagicor, or Cash. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
- CANCELLATION
- Should a cancellation be necessary, kindly notify us within a 24 hour period to avoid forfeiting your prepaid deposit. Please note, same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

LATE POLICY
- Grace Period: There is a 5-15 minute grace period if lateness is communicated to the stylist in advance.
- Late Fee: A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes of lateness beyond the grace period.
